Required Forms

Once you've been hired in a student employee position, in order to be set up for Payroll and to be eligible to work on campus you must complete new hire paperwork prior to starting work. You may do this anytime Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Career Development Office located in the Conaton Learning Commons, 5th Floor, Room 530.

Students hired, should come prepared with the following:

  1. Original ID to complete the Federal Form I-9. View Complete List of Acceptable Documents (photocopies not allowed).

    Most students bring:

    U.S.Passport or U.S. Passport Card
    Original Drivers License/Picture ID AND Original Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

  2. Voided check or Bank Account Information for Direct Deposit
