The Fitness Studio is located on the second floor of the O'Connor Sports Center at the top of the steps.  The wooden fitness floor studio is the home for all of our Group Exercise Classes.  For group exercise schedule, click on the Fitness Training Link.  The room is mirrored on one wall and has Steps, risers, balls, mats, jump ropes, medicine balls and resistance bands.  There is also light weight dumbells for members usage. 

The group exercise schedule is posted outside of the studio and members are asked to not enter the room during group exercise classes.  The Xavier Dance Team and Gymnastics Club utilize the room from 8-11pm on Monday, T/TR nights.
