Cardio HIIT This complete-body workout uses high intensity interval training to build cardiovascular endurance. Come ready to sweat!
Bollywood Hip Hop This fun cardio workout fuses hip hop and bollywood dance together for a totally unique fitness experience for all fitness levels!
Total Body Circuit Keep it moving with this quick-paced full-body workout using both resistance and cardiovascular training in a circuit-based class.
Group Cycling This class incorporates hills, flats, and speed work all set to music and/or timed intervals to improve your power! All levels are welcome! If you’re new to cycling, come a few minutes early and we’ll get your bike set up!
STAGES Cycling An interactive, data driven cycling experience. Riders have the opportunity to see their real-time data up on a projector screen (if they chose to be included) and receive a post-ride email with their class stats. To reserve your bike please register through EngageXU. To receive a post-ride email with your personal bike data, please create an account at and enter "pD695" under locations, select your class time, and desired bike position.
Zumba! This fun cardio workout fuses latin and hip hop dance for a fun, party-like full body workout!
Strength TRX Suspension training uses straps, gravity, and your body weight to increase your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.  The TRX allows for intensity adjustments and customization for each participant making it perfect for all fitness levels!
Women's Weightlifting This strength-based workout is intended to teach women the basics of weight lifting to make them feel more comfortable lifting in the weight room. This a community of women empowering women to be strong!
Banded Burnout  This short 30-minute class uses the power of resistance bands to provide a glute-focused workout sure to have you feeling the burn.
Mind-Body Yoga Connect the mind and body seamlessly through a series of both standing and floor postures. Feel strong, invigorated, and refreshed while you lengthen and strengthen your entire body.
Power Yoga Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different. It has an emphasis on strength and flexibility and is considered a fitness-based approach to age old practice of yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath.  This can be thought of as linking or flowing into postures which is sometimes why it’s called “Flow Yoga”. Students can expect to be challenged in this class, but also offered choices and space to modify the class to their level.
Pilates This mat based class is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates works to strengthen the full-body but focuses on using the core as the foundation for all movement.
Barre This class blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates traditions.
