Department Heads - please share the following steps with your newly hired employees requiring relocation:

 

  1. Employee should obtain a quote from each company below:

  2. Once the new employee receives quotes, the lowest quote should be submitted to the hiring manager.

     

  3. The hiring manager verifies funding is in the budget to process a purchase order and asks their department administrative assistant to submit a requisition in XavierBuy. After the requisition is submitted, a purchase order will be issued to the moving company, authorizing their services.
