Dispatcher Spears was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has been married to his beautiful bride, Tricia, since 2001. Ben and Tricia have two sons. As a family, they enjoy the outdoors – camping, fishing, and visiting beaches. Ben has served in public safety communications (911, Police, Fire/EMS) since 1989 and has served several local communities.
