Honor Band - March 20-21, 2020
We are excited for our 6th annual Xavier University Honor Band Festival! Here you will find all of the information you will need about the event. Students will spend Friday evening and Saturday rehearsing and learning from Xavier faculty member Dr. Ben A. Chamberlain.
Educators, we encourage you to attend and see the work your students are doing. You are more than welcome to sit in on rehearsals, the recital, and masterclass. You may also join your students for meals on Saturday, however, you will be responsible for covering the cost, approximately $8-10 at the door.
The Honor Band Performance will take place at 7:00 pm on Saturday, March 21 in the Gallagher Theater.
We encourage family, friends, and educators to come and support the work of these wonderful young people. The concert is free and open to the public.
Parking passes will be made available via email upon acceptance into the festival. The Gallagher Student Center (GSC) is located at the end of University Drive (F3 on the campus map). Parking will be available along University Drive, as well as the Brockman and Gallagher lots with the use of a parking pass. School buses can drop off students in the cul-de-sac by the GSC and can park in lots C-2 (J3 on map) or C-4 (L3 on map).
