Sergeant First Class (R) William (Bill) Faulkner was born in Dayton, OH. He enlisted in the Army in July 1997 where he completed One Unit Station Training at Fort Knox Kentucky as a 19D Cavalry Scout.

Bill’s previous positions and assignments include: HMMWV Driver, Gunner and Team Leader with       F Troop, 2nd Squadron, 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment (Light), Fort Polk, LA. Bradley Gunner and Bradley Commander with G Troop 2nd Squadron, 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Carson, CO. Recruiter at Columbus South and Columbus West Recruiting Stations, Columbus, OH.  Section Sergeant in a Personal Security Detachment with 4th BN, 6th IN Regiment, Fort Bliss, TX. Bradley Master Gunner for 4th BN, 6th IN Regiment, Fort Bliss, TX. Scout Platoon Sergeant in 4th BN, 6th IN Regiment, Fort Bliss, TX.

Bill’s military education includes: BLC, ALC, SLC, U.S. Army Recruiting Course, Bradley Master Gunner’s Course, and Combat Lifesaver Course.
