Ms. Pamela Coyle-Toerner
Teaching Professor, Health Services Administration
Ms. Pamela Coyle-Toerner joined the MHSA faculty in fall 2022 and teaches the Health Policy courses.
Ms. Coyle-Toerner is a well-known and experienced healthcare executive, as she has been the Executive Director-TriHealth Physician Partners - leading the divisions of Women’s, Primary Care, Pediatrics and Behavioral Health, GE Primary Care Practices & Xavier University Student Health & Wellness Center. She helped found Queen City Physicians and served as their President and CEO. Ms. Coyle-Toerner also lectured nationally for Merck and Abbott on Patient Centered Medical Home.
Ms. Coyle-Toerner has a MHHA from Xavier University and a BS degrees in Animal Science from The Ohio State University. In 2016, Ms. Coyle-Toerner received the Xavier University MHSA Alumni “Distinguished Alumni Service Award” in recognition of her outstanding service as Alumni President and Board member and contributions she has made over the years in furthering the development of Xavier’s HSA program. She also is an avid wildlife photographer and enjoys traveling with her family.
