Summer Reading Challenge 2021

Summer Reading Challenge Open House

Join University Library on Friday, August 6 from 1-3pm in the CLC atrium. Drop in. Grab some cookies. Drink some lemonade. See the highest-rated reads of the summer.

This year's reading challenge starts May 15 and ends August 6, 2021 and is open to all current Xavier faculty, staff, and students

Win prizes for reading! It's easy! Just track the number of pages for each unique book read during the challenge. For e-books and audiobooks, simply verify the number of pages in the actual print book using Amazon or another source. Ask a librarian if you need help!

First, second and third place prizes will be awarded to the three readers with the most pages. An additional prize will be awarded to one randomly drawn "Book Bingo" participant. Winners will be notified by email after August 6.

Optional "Book Bingo"

For each book you read from one of our suggested categories, your name will be entered in a drawing for an additional prize. Submit your bingo entries on the form.

Tentative: Join us for the summer reading open house in the CLC 3rd floor atrium in August. Time and date to be announced later.
