Mentor Application, Flash Mentoring

Through the Flash Mentoring Program, students can build your network and learn from industry professionals. Students can schedule virtual conversations with professionals to learn about career paths, industries, company insights, skills needed to be a competitive candidate, graduate schools, and more! The Flash Mentoring Program is designed for networking, informational interviewing, and conducting career and major research.

Mentors in any career field or industry are eligible to serve as mentors in the Flash Mentoring Program. No minimum number of years of work experience are required.

After your application has been reviewed, approval will come in the form of an email from mentor@xavier.edu with an invite code and link to create your account on the MentorPRO platform.
