Mentor Application, Professional Mentor Program

The Professional Mentor Program offers an innovative approach to mentoring by providing students with a practical application of networking skills, personal and professional growth, insight into the realities of their chosen career field and a “best professional friend.” For mentors, it offers an opportunity reconnect with Xavier, influence the growth of a student, and build your own skills as a leader. Once matched, the pair remains connected until the student graduates from Xavier. The Professional Mentor Program has been around for over 20 years and has served almost 4,000 students in that time.

Eligible mentors must have at least 3 years of professional experience, post-graduation. If you do not yet meet that requirement, consider joining Flash Mentoring.

After your application has been reviewed, approval will come in the form of an email with an invite code and link to create your account on the MentorPRO platform.
