Incoming students who wish to cancel their enrollment at Xavier, excluding those admitted to the College of Nursing or applying for the international student visa (F-1 or J-1), may request a refund of their deposit in writing or via email by May 15. All deposits submitted for students admitted to the College of Nursing or applying for the international student visa (F-1 or J-1) are non-refundable. If you are an international student requesting to move your deposit to a future semester, please email internationaladmit@xavier.edu.
