Please complete the information below to pay your tuition and/or housing deposit for
Fall 2016 or Spring 2017.
Admitted students interested in attending Xavier must submit their tuition and housing (if applicable) deposits by May 1. Incoming students who wish to cancel their enrollment at Xavier, excluding those admitted to the School of Nursing, may request a refund of their deposit in writing or via email by May 1. All deposits submitted for students admitted to the School of Nursing are non-refundable.
After May 1, all deposits are non-refundable.
Students should only choose "Tuition Only" if they reside within a 35 mile (or less) radius of campus and plan on commuting to campus from home. All students who live more than 35 miles away from campus are required to live in university housing freshman and sophomore year. Please note that if you live more than 35 miles away from campus and only submit the $200 tuition deposit, your deposit will not be processed. You will be required to submit the $200 housing deposit before you are able to proceed with your enrollment.
Xavier accepts electronic checks and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. All credit card transactions will be assessed a convenience fee. There are no additional fees for paying by electronic check. To pay by physical check download the mail-in deposit form.
