THEO 322 "Black Theology"

The course uses a critical pedagogy to create a decentered classroom promoting active learning. Critical pedagogy is concerned with reconfiguring the traditional student/teacher relationship and instead envisions the classroom as a site where new knowledge, grounded in the experiences of students and teachers alike, is produced through meaningful exchanges and dialogue. Mindfulness practices will be integrated into selected sessions as time permits.
