A Xavier hotline of University staff is available at 513-745-1010 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to answer questions. Xavier is committed to protecting the health, wellbeing and safety of our students, faculty and staff.
All administrative and academic campus buildings will continue to be available with an All Card swipe to all employees during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, employees will only have access to the building in which they work using their All Card. If an employee requires assistance with building access, or if their All Card is lost or misplaced, they should contact Xavier University Police Dispatch at 513-745-2000.
Commencement
The Commencement Committee is now holding Saturday, August 8 with the hope of hosting a rescheduled Commencement ceremony in Cintas Center. The undergraduate ceremony will tentatively begin at 9:00 a.m. and the graduate ceremony will tentatively begin at 3:00 p.m.
A final decision to hold the Commencement ceremony on campus will be made no later than July 1 based on federal, state and local guidance for hosting large events. The health, well-being and safety of our graduates and their guests is our first priority.
The Commencement Committee is currently exploring other events to be hosted around the August 8 date including social events, honors awards, Baccalaureate Mass and more. Additional details about all Commencement programming will be shared in the weeks ahead.
Student Emergency Fund
Xavier has an established Student Emergency Fund for those in greatest need during this time of national emergency. Students in need of this type may petition for assistance.
Help A Muskie
