Where did you hear about this professional opportunity, and what do you think contributed to being hired?  I heard about this opportunity through an outside source, but I definitely talked to a lot of my professors and other staff members about it as well as my decision.

How did Xavier Career Services help you along the way to achieve this accomplishment?  The Career Development Office staff was influential in many ways during my time at Xavier. They help find me financial support as well as taking the time to talk to me both personally and academically. One of the biggest blessings, however, was being able to have Judy Brown and Jonika Moore-Diggs look over my resume before sending it out to various companies and individuals.

Based on your own experiences, what advice do you have for students as they gear up for their job/internship search?  If I could give any advice, it would be to take advantage of every center on campus. The staff at Xavier is always willing to help you in more ways than you could imagine. Begin to make a list of goals, and stick to them!
