
Kim Diehl de Yanes
Assistant Director, Career Development Office
Kim is the Assistant Director for Mentoring and Experiential Learning in the Career Development Office. She attended Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and received her Bachelors in International Relations, Political Science and Spanish. Afterwards, she went to Bowling Green State University and received her Master's in College Student Personnel. Before joining Career Development, Kim worked in the field of International Education for 25+ years. Prior to Xavier, Kim worked at a number of different institutions including: The Ohio State University, NAFSA: Association for International Educators, Zamorano in Honduras, and the University of Texas at San Antonio. In her role at Xavier, Kim is a Career Coach and co-manages the Professional Mentor and Flash Mentoring programs. Outside of the office, Kim enjoys walking and being a soccer/basketball mom.
