Its approach is facilitated learning, which challenges participants to actively implement the concepts taught under the guidance of teams, a blend of Xavier professors and experienced industry professionals.

“We are very pleased to welcome Mike to Xavier University and to the leadership center,” said Bruce Miller, managing partner for the Xavier Leadership Center. “His extensive experience in strategic leadership and execution, business development and talent development, as well as his collaborative style, make him an ideal asset to our organization.”

Before coming to the center, Leavy spent 26 years with Procter & Gamble leading customer and business development for multiple categories and customers.
