University hosting spring information sessions for M.Ed., counseling programs

Sessions about off-site programs also planned | March 1, 2007

The School of Education is hosting a spring 2007 information session for M.Ed. and counseling programs from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, at the Schiff Banquet and Conference Center located at the University’s Cintas Center.

The information session is a great way to learn about obtaining a master’s degree or getting a licensure from Xavier University.

Program directors will be present during the session to both answer questions and to provide additional information on administration, elementary education, human resource development, Montessori education, multicultural literature for children, reading, secondary education, special education, sport administration, school counseling and community counseling. Information on licensure will also be available.

There will also be several information sessions in April about Xavier’s off-site M.Ed. education programs. Xavier has off-site locations offering M.Ed. classes at Wilmington High School, Covington Catholic High School, Glen Este High School, Oak Hills Professional Development Center, and Fenwick High School.

  • Covington Catholic High School, Tuesday, April 24, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Glen Este High School, Wednesday, April 25, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Bishop Fenwick High School, Wednesday, April 25, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Oak Hills Professional Development Center/Rapid Run Middle School, Thursday, April 26, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
