Panel discussion focuses on America's addiction to oil

Speakers examining energy alternatives in face of growing global demand for petroleum | February 1, 2007

“How Do We Solve America’s Addiction to Oil” is the focus of a panel discussion at on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at 7:00 p.m. at the Schiff Family Conference Center.

The panel includes Christopher Flavin, Worldwatch Institute president, John Felmy, chief economist at the American Petroleum Institute, and Pat Murphy, executive director for Community Solution.

They are examining energy alternatives in the face of the growing global demand for petroleum.
