P&G VP Rob Matteucci addresses the principles and strategies of creating an ethical business merger | January 27, 2003

Rob Matteucci, vice president of beauty care at Procter & Gamble, is presenting an ethics seminar today, Monday, Jan. 27, addressing the principles and strategies used in creating an effective business merger from a personnel and profit perspective. Matteucci recently led a team of P&G executives that acquired and merged Clairol hair care products into P&G’s beauty care line. The seminar, which is part of the business professions series, takes place in the Conaton Board Room located in Schmidt Hall. A reception begins at 5:00 p.m. The business profession program offers business majors valuable experience for their development in business, complementing the University’s for-credit business courses. The program consists of a series of seminars and is required of all business majors. Organized around five principles, the program addresses career development topics appropriate for students in each year. This semester’s seminars include time management, career interpretations based on assessment testing, learning how to get the most out of a job fair and the annual diversity across careers job fair at the Cintas Center.
