Professionals receive tips during four-course dinner | October 26, 2002

Professionals wanting to learn the finer points of dinner etiquette can find them at the Business Professions Series’ etiquette seminar and dinner. The event takes place Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 5:30 p.m. in the Cintas Center. Ann Marie Sabath, founder of At Ease Inc., is conducting the seminar for students and alumni who want to enhance their interpersonal skills for professional and business settings. At Ease Inc. is a Cincinnati-based company specializing in business protocol and etiquette programs. Sabath is the founder of the company and is also a columnist for The Cincinnati Downtowner newspaper. She has published six books, including internationally published Business Etiquette: 101 Ways Conduct Business with Charm and Savvy. At Ease Inc. also has a hotline that was recognized by The Wall Street Journal, ABC’s “20/20” and the “Oprah Winfrey Show.” The company’s domestic and international training was written about in USA Today and Delta Airline’s Sky magazine. The seminar features a four-course dinner, including minestrone soup, salad, a vegetarian or meat entrée and a dessert. Cost for the event is $17 and tickets should be purchased at the Gallagher Student Center, Room 310, by 5:00 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28. A table of eight can be purchased for $136.
