Williams College of Business and College of Arts and Sciences launch new web pages

Redesigned pages showcase college offerings both in and out of the classroom | September 19, 2003

The Williams College of Business and College of Arts and Sciences both have launched redesigned web pages within the past week, offering a fresh look into their programs and what they have to offer.

The highlight of the partially redesigned Williams College of Business site is the addition of a host of new pages that expand the scope of the site to offer a comprehensive view of the college’s involvements beyond the classroom. Of special interest is the Corporate Community page, which includes information on the college’s current relationships with Cincinnati businesses and opens the door to future community involvements. Also of note are the WCB Facts and Performance Indicators pages, which share enrollment statistics as well as the college’s comprehensive plan for 2003-2011. Other new pages include Alumni Achievements, Centers, College Administration, and Employers and Recruiters.

The new College of Arts and Sciences site is the result of a complete redesign of the web sites for all 19 of the college’s programs, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In completing this extensive project, the office of web development worked directly with each department to bring the personality and offerings of each branch of the college to life on the web. All pages will feature news and events sections, as well as faculty profiles.

The redesign of the pages is part of the University’s ongoing effort to provide its prospective students, current students, alumni and friends with the most up-to-date information possible.
