Parking Fine Schedule

 Effective July 1, 2022:

Permit Violation:  $50.00

• While parked on Xavier University property, a vehicle must have a properly displayed permit that authorizes the vehicle to park in the lot in which the vehicle is located as defined by the Xavier University Parking Policy.

Parking Violation: $50.00

• While parked on Xavier University property a vehicle shall not park outside a lined space, when the lot has defined spaces; it shall not occupy more than one lined space; or park in a zone marked with a “No Parking” sign.

Fraudulent Permit Violation:  $100.00

• With the intent to evade the Xavier University Parking Policy a person displays a fraudulent permit, an altered permit, a permit not authorized for the vehicle on which it is displayed, or a permit that has been revoked.

Safety Parking Violation: $100.00

• While parked on Xavier University property, a vehicle is found to be parked in a defined handicapped parking spot without the proper handicapped placard displayed in/on the vehicle or parked in a designated fire lane.
