All Honors Day

Academic Honors Convocation

The Academic Honors Convocation will take place on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the James and Caroline Duff Banquet Center of the Cintas Center. This event recognizes those students for academic and leadership excellence and have qualified for special awards of honor.

Please use the entrance located on the east side of the Cintas Center near the C2 parking lot. Enter the building through the row of doors using the steps to the right or the elevator to the left to go down one floor.

Honorees can pick up their name tag at the bottom of the stairs, then report to the East Concourse to the left of the stairs no later than 8:00 a.m. to register, assemble and receive final instructions for the ceremony. Parents will enter the Duff Banquet Center to be seated. The Academic Honors Convocation will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. with a procession of the honored students into the Banquet Center.

Be aware that if students do not check-in on the East Concourse prior to the Academic Honors Convocation, during the ceremony their name will be read as "unable to attend".

All guests are invited to attend a reception on the East Concourse of the Cintas Center immediately following the ceremony.

If you are unable to attend the convocation, please pick up your award on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 in your college as follows:

  • College of Arts and Sciences, Ms. Marybeth Dulle, Alter Hall Suite 202A
  • College of Nursing, Ms. Rhonda Ryan, Cohen CN 12, 1st Floor
  • College of Professional Sciences, Ms. Dora Jefferson-Gaynor, Hailstones 2nd Floor
  • Williams College of Business, Ms. Nancy Mazza, Smith Hall Undergraduate Office
