Student Hub

To access your student account, you can go to the Student Hub, www.xavier.edu/students.

The Student Hub is the internal home page for students. This site will adjust according to the user's device, such as a tablet or smartphone. Here you could access your Xavier email, make a payment, access Canvas and Self Service. The Self Service link is where you will find your academic records and can also access registration information, view your schedule, view unofficial transcript, add or drop classes, view grades, apply to graduate, etc. You will need to log in with your Xavier user name and password.

Registration Information

Students can register online on the Student Hub, by contacting an adviser in the APEX office (CLC 5th Floor) or through the Office of the Registrar.

If you need to drop, add or withdraw from a course, it’s best to contact your adviser the help with the process. NOTE: Failure to attend class is not sufficient notice to the University of your intent to withdraw. You must officially withdraw from a course or it will result in a punitive grade of ‘VF’. To officially withdraw, this form must be filled out and returned to the Office of the Registrar or your adviser, http://www.xavier.edu/registrar/forms/documents/dropadd.pdf.

For non-APEX students wanting to take an accelerated Online or Weekend class, please fill out the APEX Course Request Form and return it to the APEX office located in the Conaton Learning Commons (CLC), Suite 514. Click here to download the form.

Returning Students

If you have not taken classes within the last year, your student account may need to be reactivated. Go to https://admissions.xavier.edu/register/reactivationform to reactivate your student account. You can contact the APEX office for an updated degree evaluation and for academic advising. To schedule an appointment with an adviser call (513) 745-3030.
