Associate Provost for Academic Affairs
The Associate Provost for Academic Affairs (AAPA) provides support and resources for faculty development to enhance teaching and scholarly activity, including Faculty Development, the Center for Teaching Excellence, Instructional Design & Technology, Digitial Media Services, Grants Office, Institutional Review Board, Center for Innovation, Eigel Center, Community Building Institute and University Assessment. This office also oversees the Adult and Professional Education at Xavier (APEX) program. Find more information about resources and events below.

Dr. Rashmi Assudani
Dr. Rashmi Assudani assumed the role of Associate Provost for Academic Affairs at Xavier University on Aug. 17, 2020. She holds a B.S. (Honors in Physics) and an M.B.A. from India, an Executive degree in Strategic Management from The Netherlands, Ph.D. in Strategy & Organizations from McGill University (Canada) and an Executive Education certificate in Art & Practice of Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School.
