XLC's Emerging Leaders program is designed to take a group of high potential talent that you identify and teach them leadership concepts as they try to meet some specific challenge, opportunity, or problem that you select from within your organization.
We will design a customized curriculum, wrapped around some issue you judge to be strategically important to your organization.
There are 82 million “baby boomers” who are now starting to retire in record numbers. There are only 48 million so called “gen X’ers” coming up behind. This is creating a skills gap and a leadership gap that will intensify over the coming decade. Helping your younger leaders learn to “step up” is a part of the answer to dealing with this gap. Your people will learn by applying the knowledge to a real problem. We leave behind leaders, not just a binder.
