Business Simulation

Presented by Daewoo Park, Ph. D.

Putting all the pieces together. Once you have been exposed to various aspects of business management including finance, strategy, marketing, and supply chain management, the next step is to see if you can integrate them into sound business management practices. This program utilizes one of several computerized business simulations (the specific one utilized is dependent on the makeup of the class participants). During the simulation exercise participants are grouped into teams that compete with each other. At the end, the “winner” is declared and the groups are invited to reveal their respective strategies and decision making approach. The entire group is challenged to consider those factors that most contributed to success.

This can be used as a part of a team building experience, as well as a business management tool.
