Black Belt Certification

The Black Belt will be able to demonstrate team leadership in facilitating Six Sigma teams in implementing Six Sigma projects and will facilitate team dynamics and guide team on business projects. The Six Sigma Black Belt workshop provides participants with advanced knowledge of Six Sigma principles, including problem solving skills necessary for tangible, measurable improvements.
