Please note that on-line registration is for transactions up to $2,000, unless you have a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to register for a program with a fee over $2,000, please call Sue Bensman at (513) 745-3396 to register by phone or download our printer-friendly registration form for mail or fax.
