The Xavier Leadership Center exists to create, develop, and refine leaders in all fields and forms. We believe that true leadership is an art, and like any art, it requires many years of training, study, and constant practice. We are here to help leaders sharpen their skills, tap hidden potential, and even more importantly, to learn to do the same for others. This is what we call changing the DNA of your organization: to learn, apply, and then teach the new skills you have acquired. A culture of learning, executing that knowledge, and finally sharing it with others is the stamp of authentic leadership, and bears exponential results, what we call the power of X.
