Costs, Financial Aid and Scholarships

Program Cost is $4775 which includes:

  • 6 hours of tuition
  • Housing (based on double occupancy)
  • Excursion/site visits
  • Ground transportation to/from the Brussels airport to the dorms
  • Technology and student fees
  • Books
  • International travel insurance
  • Final group dinner in Maastricht

Financial Aid / Scholarships

Students may apply for Financial Aid to help finance this study-abroad program. You must complete a separate FAFSA and awards are normally in the form of loans. The Williams College of Business also offers a study abroad scholarship called the Gasiewicz Scholarship. Awards are $750-$1500. This scholarship may be used to offset the costs of studying abroad. Around 10 scholarships are available to business students each year. Applications are due mid-October and winners will be notified the first week of November.
