Located in Smith Hall, the PDC serves as the career resource for current business students and alumni. Job/Internship Postings and Resume Books
Employers can post and manage their own FT and internship opportunities for free by registering with eRecruiting. This online database serves as the main avenue in which we post opportunities and is accessible to both our current students and alumni. Employers with eRecruiting accounts also have free access to electronic Resume Books containing the resumes of students and alumni. To access the site, please click here.

Many employers are turning to internship programs as a way to fill the recruiting pipeline with potential full-time talent. In these programs, the employer is able to free up permanent staff for special projects, build company visibility at Xavier University, gain fresh ideas from new talent, and become actively involved in educating today's students and tomorrows workers. Xavier University offers a number of opportunities throughout the year for employers to connect with students and alumni. Meet the Firm Events
Meet the Firm events are a great opportunity to share details about your organization and upcoming career opportunities to students and alumni. These events are often hosted through our academic departments and reach students through a discipline-specific Meet the Firms event that brings together multiple organizations seeking similar majors. For example, the Accounting Meet the Firms event typically takes place in early September.
Organizations can also choose to host their own event, highlighting your company specifically. We can partner with you to host day or evening sessions as an opportunity to connect with Xavier talent. The Williams College of Business has a number of student academic organizations. These organizations can serve as a great way for employers to connect with a targeted audience specific to your recruiting needs. Executive Mentor Program
Many of our undergraduate and MBA students are partnered with leading executives in the Greater Cincinnati area to network and establish connections in the business world. Employer Strategy Sessions
The Professional Development Center encourages employers to reach out to us with any questions you may have regarding connecting with our students and alumni. Many organizations have become involved with the College in ways such as assisting in practice interviews or resume critiques, participating in classroom presentations or professional development workshops and panels, and conducting on-campus interviews.
