Dr. Vishal Kashyap holds a Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His research focuses on the governance of inter-firm relationships such as franchises and distribution channels. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing and the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management. His teaching interests lie in the areas of Marketing Strategy, E-Commerce and Inter-firm Relationships.
