Mary Beth earned her MBA in 2007 from Xavier University and she has a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy. She was a commissioned officer and served as an aircraft commander of a KC135 Stratotanker in the 22^nd Air Refueling Squadron at March Air Force Base. She has professional experience as a small business owner in the aviation industry as well as in the financial services industry as a banker, investment representative and registered investment advisor.
