The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship offers the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Entrepreneurial Studies. Also offered is a minor in entrepreneurship.
In addition to traditional studies, majors in entrepreneurial studies:
- Get practical experience through internships, earning competitive wages and academic credit while gaining relevant work experience at leading firms.
- Join the Entrepreneurship Club, whose number one focus is starting student-run businesses. The club brings local entrepreneurs to campus for networking and discussion, and also seeks to introduce students to entrepreneurs in the community. Students also actively participate in club operations and hosted events.
- Get matched with an Executive Mentor, who works with the student for his or her four years at Xavier to provide professional guidance, networking support and career connections. Xavier is one of the first schools in the nation to offer this type of mentor program.
