On May 7, 2013, Dean Brian Till recognized the three Williams College of Business Alumni Achievement Award recipients. The college congratulates Ashley McNamara, Young Alum Winner; Michael Portwood, Distinguished Alum; and Robert Kohlhepp, Lifetime Achievement Award.
Ashley received her BSBA in Marketing in 2006 and is a Senior Marketing Manager for First Transit, one of the largest fleet transit consulting firms in North America. She was named to Mass Transit Magazine’s “40 Under 40” list in 2011.
Michael received his MBA in 2009 and works for Minova USA. Working with Xavier’s Leadership Center, Michael has implemented a continuous improvement initiative across the Americas, including lean certification and Kaizen events in the US and Canada. He is now President and CEO of Minova.
Bob Kohlhepp received his MBA from Xavier in 1971. He joined Cintas in 1967 as Controller and continues his career there as President and CEO. His tireless leadership and service to a large array of organizations in the Cincinnati area clearly qualify him as a Lifetime Achiever.
