How do I register for an international trip?
Registration for an international trip currently has 3 components.
MBA Office Registration Form – please complete all questions on this form
Xavier University Course Registration Form – complete the top portion and sign the bottom
$200 deposit – credit card, check or cash are all accepted
How does this trip count towards my MBA degree?
Each MBA international experience counts as 3 credit hours of elective credit.
Do MBA international trips count towards a concentration?
Each trip counts as 3 credit hours towards the International Business Concentration. Doing Business in China may also be applied towards the Marketing Concentration.
What is the billing procedure for the international trip?
While each trip carries a different rate for travel expenses the MBA Office tries to maintain a similar billing schedule for each trip. Typically there is an initial deposit with the remainder of the cost being broken down into two payments due in November and January.
Tuition is billed as a separate cost through the Bursar’s Office.
What is the enrollment capacity of the international trip?
Historically the capacity of each trip has been 15 students. In certain circumstances an increase in enrollment has been considered.
