Step 4

The remaining documents can be sent to Xavier in any order. They do not need to be sent at the same time. We will collect your materials as they arrive.

* When you take the GMAT you will receive unofficial scores immediately. You may submit those scores to the MBA office for initial review. This will save the 2 weeks it normally takes for official scores to arrive. Official scores must still be submitted.

** Transcripts must be official, as well as final. A final transcript is one on which the degree has been confirmed and noted. If you are requesting your transcript before you have officially graduated, please ask that your transcript be held until the degree has been noted.

Once all materials have been received, your application will be considered for admission. If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of submitting your final item, please feel free to contact us.

The GMAT is our preferred exam. For an applicant with an undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, the minimum acceptable score is 470 total with a quantitative score in the 25th percentile or higher and an analytical writing score of at least 3. For an undergraduate GPA below 3.0, we use the following calculation: required total GMAT score = 1070 – (GPA x 200). To learn more about the GMAT, please visit their website (www.mba.com). We will accept the GRE if you have already taken it or plan to take it for admission into another program. The required GRE score is based on our GMAT requirements, using the conversion chart provided by ETS, the owners of the GRE.
