International Admission

Xavier has a strong international program with students from all parts of the global community. Xavier offers an exceptional English As A Second Language (ESL) program if you wish to increase your English language proficiency prior to applying for the MBA program. Please review the Frequently Asked Questions for international applicants to find out all you need to know about the Xavier University MBA program. Materials necessary for international applicants into Xavier's MBA program are:

  1. An official Xavier University admission application
  2. An official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score report sent directly from the Educational Testing Service. If you hold a Baccalaureate degree or higher from an accredited US college or university, no TOEFL is required. An overall score of 550 for the paper based test or overall score of 213 for the computer based test or a score of 79-80 or an IBT is required.
  3. Official (English translated if applicable) transcripts of undergraduate and graduate work sent directly from all universities attended.
  4. A statement of degree or diploma and date (not needed if annotated on transcripts).
  5. An official course-by-course evaluation by World Evaluation Service or Education Credidential Evaluators of undergraduate education.
  6. An official GMAT score report sent from Pearson Testing Service. Our school code is K5Z-83-59.; Visit www.mba.com for information on the test, how to prepare for it and where to take it.
  7. A summary or resume of all work experience.
  8. Two letters of recommendation.
  9. Financial statement and sponsorship letter.(For information about obtaining a student visa, contact the U.S. Department of State Visa Services.
  10. International applicants are encouraged to contact the Office of International Student Services for greater detail about studying at Xavier University.
  11. Copy of passport (main page w/ photo)

Recommended deadlines for application submission are: Fall semester, May 1st, and Spring semester, September 1st.
