Tuition & Fees

The total cost of the Executive MBA program for the cohort starting in fall 2012 and graduating in 2014 will be available in the spring. The two most recent cohorts cost $61,250 and it is our goal to continue to make the program the best value at the most affordable price. This total includes tuition, textbooks, classroom materials, lab fees, lodging and ground transportation for the international residency (airfare may be additional), graduation fees, campus parking, catered dining services and other administrative and value-added services. A $1,000 nonrefundable tuition deposit is immediately due upon acceptance into the program.

Payment Plans

We understand the XMBA program is a major investment of both your time and resources. Therefore we have designed payment plans exclusively for XMBA candidates to assist with the financial obligations of the student. Whether you’re self-funding or your employer is paying 25, 75, or 100 percent, the XMBA Office will work with you to accommodate your needs. In general, the total cost is broken down into 5 semester payments due at the end of each semester. All students accepted into the XMBA program will be required to sign a payment contract prior to starting the program and will be enrolled in the Xavier Pay system which publishes a monthly eBill statement. For more information on the eBill process please visit the Bursar’s Office.

Financial Assistance

In addition to receiving possible grants and scholarships from the XMBA Office, federal and state loan programs are also available to participants. Interested individuals should visit the Financial Aid’s Office for more details.
