Why the XMBA?

Reason #1: Jesuit Mission

Founded in 1831, Xavier University is one of the oldest Catholic universities in the nation and is deeply embedded in the Jesuit tradition. In particular, the mission of the Williams College of Business is to "educate students of business, enabling them to improve organizations and society, consistent with the Jesuit tradition." In other words, the Xavier MBA graduate will have a strong foundation in ethics and social responsibility.
