| 2012 Best Paper Competition Winners |
Last year, 66 students participated in Xavier Global international business study trips. As part of the requirements for the course, students complete a global market opportunity analysis, examining the viability of introducing a new product or service to an international market. Twelve students were nominated by their lead professors to represent their class to participate in the 2012 Best Paper Competition on August 24. The team of Sharika Anderson, Casey Hamlyn, Danielle Hamlyn and Lauren Kaminsky (pictured) won the Best Paper Award. Their 30-minute presentation addressed the global market opportunity analysis of introducing Kraft Barbeque Sauce to China. A total of $2,600 in awards is given to the three finalist teams.
