Want to get hired by a global firm? Here’s your chance! Bloomberg Assessment Test

The Bloomberg Assessment Test (BAT) will be offered in the Fifth Third Trading Center on Friday, February 17, 2012 from 12:00 noon-4:00pm and Saturday, February 18, 2012 from 8:00am-12:00 noon.

The BAT was developed in collaboration with finance professionals, recruiters and academics for potential employees to uncover knowledge and skills relevant for a finance career. The test covers subject material from the areas economics, math, analytical reasoning, corporate valuation, financial markets, financial statement analysis, situational judgment, etc. There is no preparation for the test and it is anonymous. It is open to all students; no knowledge of Bloomberg is required and is free of charge.

Global employers use the Bloomberg TALENT SEARCH function to find potential employees with the skills in the areas they deem important for long-term successful employees. This opportunity is not just for people doing a finance concentration. These companies hire accountants, managers, economists and IS specialists as well.

To register go to www.takethebat.com. There will be an information session Thursday, February 2, 2012 and Monday February 6, 2012 at 5:15pm in the Fifth Third Trading Center, SMH 106.
