Professional Development CenterThe Professional Development Center is designed to help MBA students and alumni in the Williams College of Business prepare for their professional careers. A strong focus is placed on assisting students and alumni as they prepare to progress with their current employer or seek to transition careers. The center supports Full-Time MBA students, Part-Time MBA students, Executive MBA students and all MBA alumni. MBA Professional Networking Events
Networking events that are designed to promote interaction between MBA students, alumni, corporate recruiters, executives, and peers in a social setting.
One to One Career Coaching
Individual appointments are available for currently enrolled MBA students and MBA alumni who wish to discuss any aspect of a career or job search - from career decision-making to evaluating job offers. Executive Mentor Program
Ensures Xavier students a viable and effective network of notable professional contacts to assist them in their careers. Moving beyond traditional mentor programs where a mentor counsels a student on academic growth or personal direction, our program involves more than 500 high-ranking executives who meet with students one-on-one.
Internship Program
An integrated classroom/work experience program coordinated with your major field of study in the Williams College of Business at Xavier. It is a structured program in which students work in a career-related position while earning both money and academic credit and provides students the chance to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical way. Many students are hired as permanent employees once their internship is complete.

This resource provides free, unrestricted privileges to the largest, most comprehensive online career resource available. To access this resource for the FIRST time, log into your eRecruiting account. Click on "Register Here" and enter your Xavier email address. Click "Create an Account" and follow the prompts. Once you have created your account, you can directly access Vault's Career Insider without visiting eRecruiting.
