To support ethics related education for full time WCB faculty
The Cintas Faculty Ethics Fellowship was established to help full time, tenure track, or tenured professors enhance their already established exposure, and support of initiatives, in the areas of Leadership, Ethics, Governance and Sustainability. Fellows are eligible to receive a $4,000 annual award, for the two (2) years of the Fellowship. Up to two (2) Cintas Faculty Ethics Fellowships will be awarded each year. The stipend is payable upon successful completion of that year’s duties. Cintas Faculty Ethics Fellows will also be entitled to attend the Annual Conference sponsored by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Cintas Faculty Ethics Fellows are also invited to participate in the Certificate in International Ethics and Compliance Certificate, as part of Xavier's International Ethics course in London and Paris, offered over spring break.
Full time visiting professors, and tenure track or tenured professor in the WCB faculty are eligible to apply.
Duties of Fellows include attending and supporting Ethics Center events (e.g., workshops, advisory board meetings, speakers, end of year celebration), organizing an ethics related workshop or program for the college, submitting an end of year report to the Ethics Center, and assisting MBA graduate fellows in completing their ethics project.
