Welcome to the Williams College of Business!

The Williams College of Business is a family of 70 faculty, 35 staff, 1100 undergraduate students, and 800 graduate students working together to develop and become the next generation of business leaders.

Our work together is having regional, national and global impact. Regionally, our graduates have senior positions at companies such as Cintas, Fifth/Third Bank, Toyota, McDonald's, Kroger, GE and Procter & Gamble and are involved in a variety of non-profit institutions such as Cincinnati Public Schools, Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio and Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

Across the country, Williams College of Business alumni contribute to a variety of organizations such as Dun and Bradstreet, Major League Soccer, Fidelity Investments, Motorola and Bristol Myers Squibb. Our students and faculty are highly involved in our global community, participating in a variety of study abroad experiences such as in the Netherlands, China, England, Brazil, and Egypt.

In addition to a bright, engaging faculty with a range of academic and industry experience, we have over 500 area executives serving as mentors to our undergraduate students and 14 industry advisory boards supporting our mission. We also benefit from the involvement of 8 Executives-in-Residence.

We are very proud of the work that we do and have received external recognition for the quality of our programs.
