Advertising
We're pretty good at getting the word out about Xavier and its programs, through advertisements in print, online or by town crier. Just tell us when, where and how loud.
Examples of media include: newspapers, magazines, billboards, bus shelters, radio commercials, television commercials, online banners.

Design
We design a wide range of publications for all University offices and departments, including booklets, brochures, business cards, catalogs, forms, fund-raising packets, event programs, invitation packages, posters, signage, stationery and more. But the best part? We offer all our graphic and design services to the University community at no charge.
Editorial
Lost a comma? Chances are we've found it. We create the editorial content for Xavier magazine, MyXU, the daily web news, @Xavier e-newsletter and communications for all University offices and departments including booklets, brochures, business cards, catalogs, forms, fund-raising packets, event programs, signage, invitation packages, posters, magazines, newsletters, stationery, websites and more. Whew. Our word nerds' scrutinizing eyes and free-flowing pens (okay, carpal-tunneled typing fingers) are ready to take on your next project.
Internal Communications
We also handle most news and notices for the internal community. This includes delivery of broadcast email and broadcast voicemail messages during emergency or urgent situations; the University calendar; the Today at Xavier e-newsletter to faculty and staff; and the posting of campus announcements on the MyXU portal. Are you getting the picture? We're like the wind; you can't see us, but we're everywhere.
Public Relations
Our public relations specialists help campus clients publicize events, news or interesting stories to the general public by distribution to targeted media. We know how to pitch a good story. Contact us at least four weeks before your event so we can plan the strategy for the best coverage.
Our public relations services include:
news releases to be distributed to appropriate media outlets, arrange media interviews, identify and coordinate subject matter experts, videos for specific projects.

Printing
We offer in-house printing services to the University producing economical, high-quality graphic communication materials. From departmental stationery and envelopes to newsletters, business cards, booklets and brochures, we supply the University with timely printing work. Printing this good and this fast? It's beyond Gutenberg's wildest dreams.
Photography
We take pictures, too! Our Director of Photography, Greg Rust, holds regular open studio sessions for faculty and staff to make or update their University portrait. The photography studio is on the first floor of Alumni Center. Specific dates and times are periodically posted in Today at Xavier. We also shoot events and maintain a large library of professional quality stock imagery for your communications needs.
Video
We offer a wide range of high quality, professional video and multimedia projects. Our staff is available for concept development, location shooting, editing and post-production services. Video projects may entail some costs for the client.
Web and Multimedia
We also offer a full range of web design and development services. Our resident techies are experts in current technologies and partner with many members of the Xavier community to define, design and build an appropriate solution for any web project. We also provide University clients with information on evolving web technologies, trends, best practices and the appropriate resources to maintain their own websites. You can trust us to keep up with the speed of change.
