Daily Campus Visits

Making Your Arrangements

Freshmen

Each visiting student should register separately.  Your visit will be confirmed by e-mail.  A two week advance notice is requested.  There is limited availability for each session.  Sessions are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.  If you have further questions with planning your campus visit, contact Diane Burton in the Office of Admission at 513 745-2940 or by e-mail at burtond@xavier.edu.

Information sessions are 45 minutes followed by a one hour tour of campus led by a Xavier student. Please allow a total of 2 hours for your Xavier campus visit.

*The last Saturday information session of the Fall will be offered on December 6.

Information sessions and tours are not available on the following dates:

  • Monday, September 1 - Labor Day
  • Saturday, October 11 - Fall Break
  • Monday, October 13 - X Experience Day
  • November 26-29 - Thanksgiving Holiday
