Daily Campus Visits
Making Your Arrangements
Freshmen
To register for your visit, please click here to view available dates. After clicking on your chosen date and time, please complete the online registration form. Each visiting student should register separately. Your visit will be confirmed by e-mail. A two week advance notice is requested. There is limited availability for each session. Sessions are filled on a first-come first-serve basis. If you have further questions with planning your campus visit, contact Diane Burton in the Office of Admission at 513 745-2940 or by e-mail at burtond@xavier.edu.

Information sessions are 45 minutes followed by a one hour tour of campus led by a Xavier student. Please allow a total of 2 hours for your Xavier campus visit.

*The last Saturday information session of the Fall will be offered on December 6.
Information sessions and tours are not available on the following dates:
- Monday, September 1 - Labor Day
- Saturday, October 11 - Fall Break
- Monday, October 13 - X Experience Day
- November 26-29 - Thanksgiving Holiday
